Purchased for my Sprinter W906 (2014) where I have the additional electronics of rain sensor, headlight sensor, and lane assist. I had to “modify” the plastic cover just a little bit to fit the base, but otherwise really good fit and solid metal. I highly recommend getting it to get away from the “rubber band” bs on your factory mirror. I would have given 4.5 if it was there. The 5 is for a perfect fit.
