When Will I Receive My ACUMEN Product?
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and is generally delivered within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. In most cases, you can expect to receive your product within approximately 7 days.
Shipment Processing Time
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
- If your order is placed before 3 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on a business day, it will generally be shipped the same day.
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
