Earning Acumen Points
1. Where can I earn Acumen Points?
You can earn points on acumen-camera.com by logging into your account during purchases or completing eligible actions that qualify for rewards.
2. When will I receive my Acumen Points?
Points will be credited to your account 30 days after your order payment is successful.
3. What if my Acumen Points weren’t properly credited?
If you have questions about your points, reach out to ACUMEN Customer Service at info@acumen-camera.com.
4. Do Acumen Points have an expiration date?
Yes, points earned after the program launch expire one year after being unlocked. Expired points will be deducted from your account.
5. Can I earn points for purchases made before the program launched?
No, points can only be earned on purchases made after the ACUMEN Rewards Program launched on March 29, 2025.
6. How can I earn Acumen Points?
Ways to earn Acumen Points:
- Register as our member.
- Place an order on the Acumen official website.
- Write a review on our website or Google.
- Follow our social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Register and celebrate your birthday.
7. Can shipping or tax fees earn points?
No, points are not earned on shipping charges or taxes.
8. Can I earn points on discounted or gift card purchases?
No, points are not earned on discounts or credits used in a purchase.
9. What happens to my points if I return a product or cancel an order?
If you return or cancel an order, points earned from that purchase will be reversed. Points will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.
Redeeming Acumen Points
1. How can I redeem my Acumen Points for products?
Log into your account, go to the “Redeem Acumen Points” section, select your desired product, click “Redeem Now,” fill in your shipping details, and submit your request.
2. How can I track my redeemed products?
- Check the order number in the “My Rewards” section, click it to view the delivery status on the “My Account” page.
- You’ll get an order confirmation email after redemption, followed by a shipping notification with a tracking number once shipped.
3. Do I need to pay for shipping on redeemed products?
In most cases, we offer free shipping for redeemed products, but some items may require a shipping fee.
4. Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?
No, redeemed products can’t be canceled, returned, or exchanged once confirmed. Double-check before redeeming. If items arrive damaged, contact info@acumen-camera.com within 7 days.
5. Can redeemed products be shipped with purchased items?
No, redeemed products will be shipped separately.
6. Can I choose the shipping date for redeemed products?
No, redeemed products ship as soon as you confirm the redemption.
