When Will I Receive My ACUMEN Product?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and is generally delivered within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. In most cases, you can expect to receive your product within approximately 7 days.

Shipment Processing Time

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
• If your order is placed before 3 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on a business day, it will generally be shipped the same day.
• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• During high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Important Shipping Information

🚫 We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO addresses, or islands outside the continental U.S.
🚫 We are not responsible for stolen packages or claims of non-receipt if the carrier tracking status indicates successful delivery. Once the carrier marks a package as "delivered," our shipping obligation is considered fulfilled.
