1. Policy Overview

To enhance user experience and promote environmental recycling, ACUMEN has launched the ACUMEN Product Trade-in Program. This initiative allows users to trade in their old ACUMEN products for the latest ACUMEN models while responsibly recycling their old devices.

- Eligible Products:

The Trade-in Program applies exclusively to ACUMEN branded products, including but not limited to:

• XR10, XR10 Plus, XR10 4K
• M3, M3 Plus, DC4K
• Other eligible ACUMEN models

- Trade-in Benefits:

• ACUMEN provides a pre-set trade-in value for each eligible model. Users can check the trade-in values on the official ACUMEN website.
• Once the application is approved, users cover the shipping cost for sending in the old device and pay the price difference for the new product.

2. Trade-in Process

Step 1: Check Trade-in Value

Users can visit the belowing ACUMEN Trade-in Value Table to check the fixed trade-in value for their specific model.

Step 2: Submit Trade-in Application

• Users fill out the Trade-in Application Form, providing details such as model, serial number, purchase date, and device condition.

• ACUMEN will review the application and respond within 1-3 business days to confirm eligibility.
• Upon approval, users will receive an official confirmation email to proceed with the trade-in process.

Step 3: Ship the Old Device

After approval, users must cover the shipping cost to send their old device to ACUMEN's designated address.

• The condition of the received device must match the details provided in the application. Otherwise, ACUMEN reserves the right to adjust the trade-in value or reject the trade-in request.

Step 4: Pay the Price Difference and Receive the New Product

• Once ACUMEN receives and verifies the old device, the user will receive a payment link to pay the remaining balance for the new product.
• After payment is completed, ACUMEN will process and ship the new device.

3. Trade-in Examples

   - Example 1:  User A trades in an ACUMEN XR10 4K for an upgrade

1. User A checks the trade-in value for a fully functional XR10 4K is $80.
2. They submit a Trade-in Application and, once approved, self-pay for shipping to send in the device.
3. ACUMEN verifies the device, applies the $80 discount, and User A pays the remaining price difference to complete the purchase.

  - Example 2:  User B trades in a slightly damaged ACUMEN M3

1. User B checks the trade-in value for a partially damaged M3, which is $30.
2. They submit a Trade-in Application, receive approval, and ship the device.
3. ACUMEN verifies the condition, applies the $30 discount, and User B completes the payment to receive the new model.

4. Important Notes

✅ Users must cover the shipping cost to send in their old devices. ACUMEN does not provide prepaid shipping labels.

✅ Trade-in discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers and must be used according to official ACUMEN guidelines.

✅ Users are responsible for removing all personal data from their devices before sending them. ACUMEN is not liable for any lost data.

✅ If the actual condition of the device differs from the description provided in the application, ACUMEN reserves the right to adjust the trade-in value or deny the trade-in request. Additionally, if the product is completely damaged and unable to power on or function after being powered, it does not meet the basic eligibility criteria for trade-in. In such cases, ACUMEN reserves the right to decline the trade-in request.

✅ Once an old device is recycled, it cannot be returned. Users should carefully confirm their decision before proceeding.
