When Will I Receive My ACUMEN Product?
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and is generally delivered within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. In most cases, you can expect to receive your product within approximately 7 days.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.
- Orders below $100 will incur a standard shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Shipment Processing Time
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
- If your order is placed before 3 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on a business day, it will generally be shipped the same day.
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high order volumes or peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Important Shipping Information

🚫 We are not responsible for stolen packages or claims of non-receipt if the carrier tracking status indicates "delivered." Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, our shipping obligation is considered fulfilled.
