Acumen Ambassador Agreement

1. Program Purpose
The Acumen Ambassador Program is designed to encourage genuine product advocacy and authentic content creation. As an Ambassador, you agree to promote Acumen products through your own channels (social media, blog, website, events) in a professional and positive manner.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. You must have an active social media account, website, or other platform with original content. You must represent Acumen products in a truthful, respectful, and brand-appropriate way.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities
Create and share original content featuring Acumen products (reviews, photos, videos, tutorials). Follow FTC guidelines and clearly disclose the partnership (#AcumenAmbassador, #Ad). Avoid false, misleading, or offensive statements about Acumen or competitors. Respect Acumen’s intellectual property, trademarks, and brand guidelines.

4. Compensation & Benefits
Ambassadors may receive product samples, exclusive discounts, affiliate links, or commission on qualifying sales. Payment terms, commission rates, and discount codes (if applicable) will be provided in writing. All compensation is considered taxable income; Ambassadors are responsible for compliance with local tax laws.

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights
You retain ownership of the original content you create. By participating, you grant Acumen a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to share, repost, or repurpose your content for marketing, advertising, and promotional use.

6. Term & Termination
This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. Acumen may terminate this Agreement at any time for violation of brand guidelines, misuse of materials, or any behavior harmful to the brand.

7. Confidentiality
Any non-public information provided by Acumen (campaign plans, product previews, unreleased features) must be kept strictly confidential until officially released.

8. Limitation of Liability
Acumen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Acceptance
By applying to or continuing participation in the Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms


Acumen Ambassador Privacy Policy

Personal Information: Name, email address, mailing address, social media handles, payment details (if applicable). Content Data: Photos, videos, reviews, and other media you voluntarily share with Acumen. Performance Data: Clicks, referral sales, engagement metrics tied to your ambassador activity.

To administer and operate the Ambassador Program. To communicate with you regarding campaigns, updates, and payments. To feature your content on our website, social media, or marketing channels. To comply with tax and legal obligations.

3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information with trusted service providers (payment processors, shipping partners) strictly for program operations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as you participate in the program, or as required for accounting, legal, or business purposes.
